ADM wins contract to design, supply and install MVHR for Stainton Bespoke Homes’ new seafront development “The Broadway” a 50 bed luxury apartment block, Morecambe, Lancashire

I don’t know about you, but I think there’s something very calming about standing on the water’s edge either looking out to sea or across a still lake, taking a deep breath in and filling your lungs with that wonderful fresh air. Can you imagine what it would be like waking up to that every morning?! Well it might surprise you that you can experience all of that fresh air from the comfort of your own home without having to open your windows and STILL take in that view!

We are absolutely thrilled to have started work today on Stainton Bespoke Homes’ new project, a multi-storey block of 50 luxury apartments at The Broadway in Morecambe. It is situated right on the seafront with spectacular panoramic views right over the bay looking towards the rolling hills of the beautiful Lake District.

We have been chosen as part of their Signature Finish to deliver a bespoke #MVHR solution that will provide a continuous supply of fresh filtered air throughout each apartment. The ventilation system is designed to maintain humidity levels and recover heat from the air being extracted also making it energy efficient too.

Heat recovery ventilation (#MVHR) offers the healthiest of indoor air quality solutions as the incoming fresh air is filtered, allergy and asthma symptoms are reduced. This will not only help asthma sufferers but also those with bronchitis, rhinitis, hay fever and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).  It will also help to remove  volatile organic compounds (VOCs) which are 2.5 times more likely to be present in your home than outside. They can be found in everyday household products such as paints, cleaning fluids, aerosol sprays as well as building materials and furnishings. The system will also tackle unpleasant odours that would ordinarily linger in the home for days!

In my opinion, Stainton Bespoke Homes are undoubtedly a smart forward-thinking developer.
