Custom build serviced plots speed up building time for self-builders

To encourage further growth in the UK custom build sector, more Government funding is now available to help provide10,000 new “serviced” plots that will speed up the self-build process.

Currently it takes on average 2 years for a self-builder to complete their build but this Government incentive will allow them to fast track the process, by pass much of the planning nightmares and go straight to the build. Great news for our industry. We would be delighted to develop partnerships with any builder developers who might be looking at this sector for growth.
