Due to the effects of the Coronavirus, we have reluctantly had to suspend all servicing appointments as we view this type of works as high risk for yourselves and our engineers.

We do not anticipate any rescheduled appointments to be made until early May and we will advise you of your date as soon as appointment become available. We anticipate the demand for these to be very high and strongly suggest that you secure your appointment as quickly as possible as we will be allocating dates on a first come first served basis.  In an effort to get through the backlog, dates will be fixed but we will try as much as we can to accommodate you as far as possible should the date not be convenient to you but we need to make you aware it may result in a delay.

If you have already made your payment for your service, you will receive a priority appointment as soon as new dates are issued, however, should you wish to have this refunded we would be happy to do so. We will of course require your account details so this can be processed.

Please accept our sincere apologies for this unprecedented action but in times of uncertainty we feel this course of action will better protect all concerned.

In the meantime, if you have any concerns regarding your system, please do not hesitate to email us at or call us for advice on 01756 701 051 (option 5).

Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Where there is minimal risk to anyone these can still go ahead. By this we mean the house MUST effectively be empty and all parties must strictly adhere to the health & safety guidelines.  Where such times occur where you will very likely come into contact with others then this should NOT go ahead. If you wish to cancel any bookings please email or call 01756 601 051 (option 0)

The Government are not at this moment in time suggesting that building sites are shut down (CPA BULLETIN). However, builders and self-builders must be strictly be aware of their responsibilities to site personnel at all times and follow the health and safety guidelines.

Suppliers are currently delivering directly to an address given (all counter collections suspended). Our suppliers have advised us that they do currently have stock although materials manufactured in Europe are now becoming in short supply and we strongly recommend that should you be planning any building works within the next 3 months that you call us as soon as possible to secure your orders on 01756 701 051 (option 1).
